Hi guys,

Got the following email. Wondering if I should submit by email or resend? Thanks

The following documents were received at CPP-O:

Documents received:

List of docs

However, these documents never made their way to the file and we have been unable to locate them since. Can you please submit the above-mentionned documents again and put them to the attention of Case Analyst XXXX, at which point we will be able to continue with the assessment of your application for Permanent Residence to Canada via the Federal Skilled Worker program.

I think you can send them as scanned attachment to the email by attention to the specific case analyst.
If I were you I will mail them too.
can you please share your time lines?

Sent my docs to Sydney in May 2010, got medicals last year, but had to add our newborn. Got the email last week.

Hi Asadkh, They don't allow you to do that. I tried to get the form last time but they said it has to go through proper channel to Pakistan and then you can use connections. It took me 4 months to get one last time.

I have asked my father to get one for me and he is saying it take a week so I am hoping it works out that way. 10 days to get it and then 5 days to get here. Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll be able to submit everything.

Hello Experts,

I was requested to submit a new police certificate along with other updated documents two days ago. I have been living in toronto for the past ~4yrs now so I was wondering if there is anyway I can get away with not submitting it as it takes a hell lot of time to arrange for it. I have sent cpp-ottawa an email but would like to know if anyone has gotten away with not submitting it.

Thanks

Similar case that happened to me, they called me back 60days after their email requesting lists of documents. They lost/misplaced the docu we sent now asking again, they contacted me 15days ago, asked me to resend the ff docu, but i opted to scan and attached the said docu via email and have put ATTN to that specific case analyst looking after my Case, check again the email they sent to you usually the officer has a alias MMxxxxx?
Goodluck to us!!! ;-)

I have a question and I'm wondering if someone has any experience or could give me feedback. I've applied June 2011, I'm the PA and I applied under 4152. As I'm starting to see movement on files from early 2011 I am hoping that I'll see something for my case in the next 6 months or so. My question is with regards to my current employment. I am seriously considering resigning from my position in the next month, I've already applied for other positions, but I may have a gap of employment if I can't secure a job in the next month. I wonder if this will negatively effect my case in any way. I saw that some that get MR are asked for updated employment letter (I included the employment letter for this current position in my original application) and I wonder if this would cause a problem. Of course I'd contact CIC to inform them of resignation and when and if I get another position. I'm thinking this shouldn't really cause any concern, but just to be on the safe side I'd thought I'd ask others to see if they have a different prespective. Thanks in advance or any feedback.

Hi wolvy nothing to worry about it as long as you have good standings at old and new companies where you work then no issues at all and the day you applied is exactly same like me 29th June 2011 and I am an fsw1 too strange right email me your email id so that we can know more each other kbknaidu at the rare gmail dot com

Congratulation.

I have read some message here like your situation, They want a valid passport for 1 year, because I think they want to give 1 year time to for landing. Another person had this situation and he had sent email to CIC and explained his situation.
You should send an email to them and explain it for them. You can tell them that you will landed for example when you receive the visa for landing. They will answer you and I think it is not a problem.

Hi All,

I am a June 2010 Applicant and my application was transferred from Buffalo visa office to Ottawa last year. Like most of you guys here I have been waiting for PR for a long time. I got married in December 2012. When I received my passport request in March 2013 I was asked by CIC to inform them of any changes in my family composition. So then I added my spouse to my PR application (FSW) and I have now received a medical request for my spouse from Ottawa.

My spouse is in the process of doing a medical examination. Because of a scar seen in her X-Ray she has been asked to do additional tests by the physician and we have been advised that it will take at least 45 days to get the results. My spouse does not show any symptoms of any medical condition.

Looking at my current situation (and the timeframe for completing the medical examination for my spouse) we are wondering if it is possible to change conditions in the PR application. By that I mean is it possible to inform CIC that my spouse will not be accompanying me now? This way if I get my PR now, I can sponsor my spouse at later date under family class.

Please advise. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
