Buffalo to Ottawa Transferred Cases(FSW) - Pls join here

Hello everybody,

I have been following the forum for months, and it's really great how everybody is helping each other!!

I am a 2010 Quebec applicant and I am in the final step waiting for PPR (applying with lawyer in canada). I applied from US and now Im back to my country.

My question is, if I get a job offer from Toronto, what will happen?? they said they are willing to help with visa and work permit process!! Do you think that they can help me give a push to finalize my case?? or would it be a problem??

as per my mail you are QSW. and you are getting a job in Toronto. according to Quebec immigration you are suppose to work in Quebec only. if you accept the offer I am sure you need to update to the CIC. that may create some problem I guess,.

may be you can explain them that you would move to Quebec once you get PR. but not sure how they take that.

Careful with that... That's risky.....! I agree with Syed! You can try but you have to have a good explanation for CIC !

Thanks for this forum and especially for YOU GUYS where I have been a silent follower but your comments / answers are great resources for me and my wife. I hope you guys will receive PPR too before long and your patience will be paid off eventually.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 17, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on November 1, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Case Processing Centre Ottawa office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 26, 2012.

Medical results have been received.
