Hi mani, what's your timeline

Hi Samnov,

My time line is as follow:

Application submitted July 2010.
AOR after 1 month
Nothing happened after that for long time
In august 2013 I got medical request, but my wife was pregnant, so I did my medical only and her's were completed in Feb 2014.
Now ECAS shows: In Process
Medical received
Your application is being processed.

Please let me know when can I expect my passport request?

Also what are the chances that they reject my case?

Congrats for the baby. You are 2010 applicant and your timeline
Shows that you will hear from CIC very soon. Don't think negative in
This forum no one got rejected. So you are almost there just little

I am May 2010 applicant. Still waiting. Hope, cic applies some fairness and correct their big fault toward MI1.

Finally cleared Landing process 1 week back , it was nice and cool by Windsor tunnel , great experience and little tension though while coming back to USA , anyways all the best to everybody , really with out this forum i think i could not make this as a success , really god bless this forum people and members as well . and will meet you soon guys with some info

Congrats! My family and I intend to land at the Ambassador Bridge in May, God willing. Since you came back to the the States and not living in Canada full time at the moment did they process your PR cards? I've noticed that it seems that sometimes they ask if you aren't living permanently they'll tell you to apply for pr cards when you return. We are moving to Canada permanently in in the summer (July or August) but would give them my friends address to send the cards.

I have a quick question, did you have US visa in your passport to reenter in US, or you used I-94 only?

Your timeline shows that you got medical request in Sep 2014. My understanding is that medicals are only valid for one year. You also mentioned that in Feb 2014 you went through x-ray again. Didn't CIC ask for complete medical again?

I medical request in October 18th, done on 17th
January 4th I sent my FBI report
PPR April 1st
