Have you heard from CPC-O? Hopefully you will get the good news soon.OSR said:Typically how many days it takes to hear from CIC after status changed to DECISION MADE? Anyone has any idea?
I usually don't add the delivery signature option to my couriers and sometimes it comes with ordinary "delivered" status or "delivered and signed for by ..." If you are in serious doubt, call Canada post, they will give you more specific details than what you will get by tracking it on the website.alwayspositive said:I have a question: Has there been any instance where any of you sent a document to CIC by xpresspost and no one signs for it? That is, the tracking information says "out of Delivery" and yet CIC had already received it?
Thanks JJC.JJ-C said:I usually don't add the delivery signature option to my couriers and sometimes it comes with ordinary "delivered" status or "delivered and signed for by ..." Just wait a few more days and ask Canada post. I sent a document to CIC last Monday morning and when I tracked in the evening it says "received at the postal facility". Then the following days (Tuesday through Wednesday), i tried tracking it again, it kept bring error message that the number is not in thier system or it is incorrect. Then i called Canada post on Wednesday and they said the document was actually delivered by noon of Tuesday. I will advise that you call them again, say by tomorrow...hopefully you will get to speak with a more attentive and friendlier customer service agent.alwayspositive said:Thanks JJC.
We didn't add the delivery signature (by a specific person) option either but I was expecting at least "delivered". all it says is "out for Delivery", counting from the day the mail was sent, it has been 8 days. Called CanadaPost on Friday, they had no information besides what is on the website. Went to the post office today, said it may be possible it has been delivered. Will wait a few more days and email CIC.
well, we sent them on Monday and they got it on Tuesday.string11 said:when did cic receive ur passport??

Let me know the exact time when the party starts so that i can come with foods and drinks and help to serve them while you guys are dancing on the floor. When my turn comes, we will switch positions for the same act..bahar855 said:I guess between 2 days to a week.
