Thanks Everybody for helping me.

I have sent emails to Buffalo as well as Ottawa but nobody replies.I think I might have to order GCMS to know what is going on.The amount of time they are taking to process our application is just unbelievable. With same amount of time,I think NDVO can process same application twice.

Thanks,
Lapore

Hey guys,

I just received an email from the Ottawa asking me to send my schedule one (the very first form that I sent it almost 3 years ago!!) + a reference letter. I'm working for myself. Since there is no way to contact with Ottawa (they haven't replied any of my emails except for an automatic response). I would appreciate it, if some one please tell me what is the reference letter that they want.

Is it the reference letter that I had provided them with from my previous employers?
Is it going to be a reference letter from my current employer? (which is going to be me)

Regards,

How are you getting correspondence on Sundays? That's suprising ::)
In my opinion, they are looking for the same reference that you send them before. Your eligibility will will be based on that, not your current employer.

I hope seniors will advise you further.

1-I have done medicals and sent them in April

2-It is from the "OttPilot-Immigration"...

This is the 4th time that I'm submitting documents... I think if they hadn't closed the Buffalo, I would have received my PR by maybe late June...

This is torture... I'm tired of this crap... I'm very upset that I chose to come to Canada... they have tricked us...

I have already spent 5 years of my most productive years getting a degree from their crappy University (3rd in Canada), and I have made my own job (since there was no job at the time of my graduation)... and they are treating me like this?!!!

When I come to think about the whole Canadian experience, it kinda lead to this conclusion that they have just being given us false hope... now what??!! I should submit my documents again and wait till some **&*& send me an email and say oh "your file is in process please do not disturb us by your correspondence"?!!!

I don't know either. They didn't communicate. People know about their file transfer from GCMS note. Also it they haven't let you know, they it was transferred to Ottawa by default, as their website says.
Hope that helps.

As you are in Canada immediately apply for GCMS notes that should tell you where your application is right now?
have you done your medicals or not ?
I guess by default all applications are in Ottawa.
I suggest you to apply for GCMS notes and also you can fax your change of address and new WP to Ottawa...it cost you not more than $2.

about passport renewal I am not sure how to go about it. I will wait for another one or two months and them apply for passport renewal.

You do not have to take a dayoff for this. Just print the form that is available and fill the form.
sign it and scan the form and send to the mail that is there on the form...
as you are in Canada click privacy act and select electronic form.
and fill your address and file number etc...etc..

that should be good enough to get GCMS notes..

HI lepatissier07
can you tell me what number is there in the mail signature from Ottawa ?
I have 130 in the signature like this
"Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa | Centre de Traitement Pilote – Ottawa – 130"

different people got different numbers. Just trying to understand what that means...
