hey paul,

When i got rprf n medical request, the email stated that an email with medical form
and instructions will be followinh the previous one. and I received my medical form after 15 days after emailing CIC twice. The form did have my name, address,email ,dob , file no and also a barcode. may be you shud wait for few more days.

After reading your post, I panicked because I didn't see any of those things on ours and went to check the forms again (have been checking the mails on my ipad). I then called a friend who told me ipad does not display certain features in forms. Went for a laptop and voila! there it was. All the forms had names, barcodes etc. Thanks for your post.

Ottawa received my passport on August 28, it took them 5 weeks to finish everything.

I know , happened with me too. but luckily i checked it on laptop first and on i phone later to make sure I actually have received the medical form
finally. ;D the one on i phone was blank.

I got transfer on 17 July and they asked me all document on 28 th August
But that time strike was going on
Now Their is strike is over so you will get response soon
But they will give u call for interview sure
After investigation New York call for interview
So wait for some document letter than interview call

Hi . The date of visa issuance is august 19 . Sent my passport August 27, ottawa received it on 28 of August . Then the passport just came back yesterday the 4th of October I, it took them 5 weeks to finalize my passport.
