Everyone who applies for PR (probably except those who apply for CEC) learns one virtue, that is, PATIENCE. I'm the type who gets impatient if I have to wait too long for something, makes me feel like I'm wasting time. I'm gradually learning how to wait, how to be patient. It is a very difficult process. I pray it is over soon.

MEDICAL LINE ON ecas APRIL 2013 - TILL DATE NO PPR - VISA OFFICE - NDVO - AM AWARE OF STRIKE TOO

MY QUESTION :

MY REPRESENTATIVE I FILLED MY APPLICATION WITH ISN'T IN GOOD TERMS WITH ME ANYMORE FOR SOME REASON - I AM deciding to file for cancelling a representative

a) How do I do it
b) Does it affect my file
c) Can the Representative do somethng to my PR file due to this by transmitting any wrong info etc - I am just tensed
d) What if the Representative has received a passport request for me and has missed the email from Embassy - is there any other way to find out -

I pray for all of you and thank you for any kind advise on this

very easy to do, form IMM5476

I did mine, and the very next day when I checked the status my new address showed up, instead of my attorney's. I e-mailed it to Ottawa office, and they replied back to me that they got it. i'm not sure hoe NDVO operates, it should be similar I would guess.

Once you do that, CIC officers will only communicate with you and not anybody else. Also ask in the e-mail if any docs were sent to your representative, and if so tell them to send them you again. It should work.

I saw someone said it seems to be three weeks averagely to get the passport back. Yours is on its way, you will get it pretty soon.

It is better to submit the form via email. Also, it appears that once your email is provided to CIC, communications from CIC will only be thru email except in few cases like passport return...

we have the same situation and same timeline for medicals.. hopefully we gonna receive it soon.. almost everyone here already done with PPR

Noop......, honestly speaking, I had very bad experiences with my immigration file just for nothing and since that transfer to NW, I am not expecting anything in near future. Its been 52 Months since I logged my file........Now its the least priority.....
