I haven't received the CIC email yet. A friend of mine who had applied 2 weeks earlier than me received a request to update the files a few days ago.
Hopefully it would soon be our turn

Got medical and RPRF about two weeks ago but my wife's medical forms were not attached to the e-mail. The doctor's office told me me they do her medicals and find a way to send her results along with mine, but I just decided to e-mail Ottawa to ask why I didn't get her forms, and surprisingly, they replied that it was because my file indicates I am single. The funny thing is I added my wife more than 2 years ago. I responded with proof of addition of spouse to file, and they haven't responded for more than a week now.

Ottawa has set me back 2 weeks already due to their nonchalance because I would love my wife and I to do medicals at the same time.

Hi enyale_08, can you please update when did you reply with the documents? I received the document request on June 26th and replied back to them on July 9th. I havent received any MR request as of today. Hopefully soon.

Medical Request done XRAY and Physical exam: July 27, 2013
Blood Test for medicals: July 29, 2013
DOCTOR WILL SEND VIA E-MEDICAL HOPEFULLY THIS WEEK
Photocopy of passport sent/ RPRF paid online: July 27, 2013

Hopefully everything would be okey and i hope PPR will be sent soon..

no documents needed like tax documents

they will just need your passport and medical report summary that the visa officer will send you thru email

Did you get your passport back? How long does it take to get it back?

Did not get my passport back yet. It has been less than two weeks though. Someone else on this forum (I think it was inquiry001) received passport back in 3 weeks, so I'm hoping for the same. Will post when I get it back.
