You've got nothing to be worried about. You've come this far to get tensed over nothing. Be rest assured that CIC is doing something about your application and in no time, trust me on this everything will be fine becos you going to hear something positive about your application. Just hang in there and remain focus on making the most of whatever you are doing right now.so soon your own email too will drop in.It may even offer you something better than port of Spain. So keep faith, YOU ARE ALMOST GETTING THERE.

Me too...got a similar email from Ott-pilot that my application has been transferred to port of Spain...

Here are my case details:
FSW1
Applied in: March 2011
Medical Requested: Feb 2013
Medical Done: Mar 2013
PPR: waiting...who knows how long it might take

Revival: did you also get an MR?

All: I have no idea if this is good OR bad but I need to forget about it as I was optimistic but now who knows how long it might take ...

Did you guys just get the Spain emails today? So Ottawa has moved some files to Mexico City, some to Spain, and left the rest in Ottawa it seems.

Some files are in Port of Spain (Trinidad & Tobago's capital city), not Spain (the country)

So Guys,

Yesterday I checked my Xpress return envelop of Canada Post with my passport back sticked with Immigrant Visa valid upto May,2014 I took exactly 28 days to get back my passport with CPR, they put a stamp on my Work Permit which was still valid upto May, 2014 inscribed that "Cancelled without prejudice", who cares ehh?

Now I've scheduled my journey to US border at this Saturday to finalize my landing and have some chill time over Niagara falls ;D

I'll keep you posted next week regarding my landing experience.

Stay calm and keep praying for eachother who're still struck in the processing, I know this is long tiring wait but eventually you'll made your day, don't panic or frustrate, your turn will come soon.

Thanks seniors and all who helped me to get through this long waiting moments.

I got some positive news today. I checked ECAS and it has been updated. It now says Processing has begun on my application as of May 4th 2013.

My ecas changed to In process last year at 6, September, 2012 and I got MR after they asked me updated document for Personal History in Mid Feb, 2013.

Thanks. Mine also changed to "In Process" last year....beginning of 2012. However yesterday it says "In process" but when you click on that there's an additional line that says "We have started processing your application on May 4th 2013" When did you get the "We have started processing your application on May 4th 2013"

I have applied on September 2010 in NOC 0811.
My file is inn Ottawa. ECAS showing RBVO for one and half year.
I am worried as 2011 applicants started to get response from OTTAWA-CPP.
Can anybody tell me is it ok RBVO for my case?

Hi moon moon,

Have you submitted your PCC's to CIC? I am in a similar situation. I did not submit one PCC during the time I have applied. Now I have it. So, would it be wise to send it now? or do I have to wait until the VO asks for the PCC?

Hi Sarat,

If you already got PCCs , my suggestion would be send them referring you application number. Pls let me know how exactly you are sending, like just referring application number on a paper along with PCCs?

I am waiting to receive PCCs..planning to send them as soon as I get 'em. lets be in touch on this topic.
