Hello everyone,

My file wasn't transferred to any other offices.
My ecas shows as below:

We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 17, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

According to GAZZZ I will hear any news from Buffalo in 2-4 months?
GAZZZ and I did medical almost same time.

When I got MR, I was also asked to submit additional documents such as my recent bank statements, updated, original offer letter from my employment and a letter from my previous employment.

Did you receive RPRF when you got MR?

Hello Chimmm, Whatz your NOC

It kinda sucks if I may use that word that we have to put our lives on hold waiting for a PR.
What happens if I want to look for another job and am not happy with my current employer who has made me a permenet offer.

I am here on a work permit and am looking to start a business of my own I have to wait for my PR.

Everything all future plans go on hold just waiting for PR...

Just my thoughts...

Hi Gazzz

Oh man, why they always increases time line for pre June FSW. They should first finish pre june applications.
So when you expect my medical will come now after increased time line. Do you know, how chimm got medical, is it due to NOC.
Best wishes to chimm.

:( John

I still believe you will get your MR lately February or early March. because I expected them to increase the timeline (But 1 month not 2 months) and my estimation was based on 24 months. just keep in mind that we can't do anything and we just have to wait. be relax. 2 or 3 months is nothing in our whole life?

you are after June 25, 2010 and I don't have any data for Post-June applicant. Sorry!
But I think(I'm not Sure) you may wait at least one year after file number to get any movement. be ready and have enough food in your bag-pack. because it is a really long run marathon.

Under paid, over time, begging for new work permit, ...

these are my thoughts.

It's sad to say but it is true...PR applicants either outside or inside Canada all of us has different situations and most or some of us are putting ourselves on HOLD just to become PR....holding our lives on what we have right now and putting on hold all our future plans. If only one or any one that works in the Immigration could read and understand the feelings and situations of their PR applicants in this forum and do something to expedite the process or come up with more faster solution to decrease the waiting time for their PR applicants. That would be better. (As of the news from immigration that they are doing what they can to reduce the backlog of PR applicants esp. FSWs, and they are succeeding.....I don't really know if it's working...but nothing we can do eh?..but to WAIT) :(

Be happy! at the bright side, that means MR immediately after interview.

They asked me for RPRF. but don't worry, asking for RPRF is not a positive or negative sign. it's completely neutral. RPRF can be paid even in the last minute.
we are in the security check and this stage depends on lots of parameters. just take a back seat and relax. it's almost done.

Thanks for your reply GAZZZ. hope we will get PPR in a couple of months:)

Hi jenny4u82,
My NOC is 4131:)

Hi Members,

I applied in Mar 2011, and file was transferred to Buffalo on April 6, 2011. Buffalo asked for fingerprints for my wife on June 2, 2011. Ottawa refund the fingerprint fee on July 27, 2011. RBVO since April 6, 2011. No news since then.

I am frustrated with the way VO handles In-Canada applicants, and adding 2 months to overall processing shows the workload and efficiency of the visa office. No doubt, we all are holding back on our plans, re-uniting with families, moving on to another job, or starting a business, but, we really can't do anything except wait, and wait, and hope this ends well.

My current E-CAS status is RBVO, and timelines are in signature.

Regards,
Shiv

Hello friends,

What documents do we have to submit along with Medical request forms? I mean after receiving MR, do we have to submit any other documents (such as exp letters, IELTS Score card copy, transcripts etc?).

Once we get the MR, is it a done deal (I mean assuming we pass the Medical exam)?

Thanks
