Pre-Assessed..
Hello Everyone!

At what point through out the application process can I tell that everything has been approved and there is no more risk of my application to be denied? Is it when medical exam is done assuming that there is nothing wrong with my health? Is it when they request you passaport? When is it?

I would appreciate your inputs.

Thanks.

Actually, the point at which there is no more risk of being denied is when you are actually admitted at a point of entry.

But 99.9% of the risk of denial is probably gone by the time you have received your passport request.

My attorney told me that recently they are taking about 3 to 3 months to issue AOR. CIC received mine on 16th Sept 2007 and I got AOR on 17th November 2007. Thought it will help.

Thaiguy,

It's good to know that the chances of seeing the end of the tunnel is near.

By the way, is your native country Thailand? Just curious.
