Your application is accepted & back-ground check is going on, which may includes verification of submitted documents and if all documents found correct; you will get medical test request.

When i sent them E-mail last month , they replied " file is in a queue for review" and now it is in process,

is it general relpies from Buffalo?

Hi, Pooja

Thanks for reply but i am just worried that is Buffalo is going to transfered my file to other office or they will process at buffalo?

Reply to you both time is specific to your case, although wording is general format.
A month back file was pending for review; now group of people has examined it & found you qualified & they will cross check the submitted documents (In Process).

It does not matters if file is processed in Buffalo office or transfered to other visa office. They have structure (and same) way to analyse the application. If file is transfered then case may get 2-3 weeks behind the schedule compare to processing in same office.

No e-cas still says " Recieved by visa office"

I applied to CIO on 06/11/2010, do you guys think it will change into "In process"
next week

Hi, druid2010

You know we have 100% same timeline, Try to e-mail buffalo next week to see any movements or not
