AOR STANDS FOR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SEE YOURS BECAUSE YOU APPLIED FEBRUARY. YOU SHOULD GET YOUR MEDICAL INSTRUCTIONS ANYTIME SOON.

You will have to wait till you get your AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt). You will receive your AOR via email you provided in your application. You will get your UCI (Unique Client ID) and Application No. in your AOR with which you will be able to log in the e-CAS of CIC (work/study permit Client ID may not work for logging in). It will just be stated that "Your application was received on so n so date". An AOR will also accompany your medical request which comes in regular mail. You will have your File No. in your medical request package.

Hey

I've noticed that some of you have the same time line as me... could anyone let me kow if you have heard back from immigration after submitting their medical results?

PNP BUffalo Office
Application Received October 12th
Medical Resquest: Somewhere in April 2011
Medical Results sent: May 18th, 2011
Medical Results delivered: May 20th, 2011

Since then I haven't heard back from those guys in Buffalo.. One funnny thing that happend to me.. I used to chek my application on e-CAS using my application file number (starting with B), but for some reason, since last month it says that they can not recognize me with the information that I provide!!!

I am still able to see my application using my Client ID though... wierd!

From the beginning, I can log in to my e-CAS with either UCI# or Application#; but my File No. (starting with 'B') doesn't work. I never paid much heed since I am able to sign in.

Guys I'm getting a little nervous. My friend who applied 2 weeks after me got an email from Buffalo stating they received her app and gave her UCI number and I havent received anything :(

I dont know if it is AOR because I got it via email? How long after AOR you got medical requests by mail?
Is it normal that I received AOR only 4 months after they receive my application? Normally it takes 6-7 mths. I hope Buffalo is processing faster
