Hi OhCanadiana, I did medical check and sent the money order and some other supporting documents to Buffalo office on the last week of their opening but they returned this package back to me. They also sent me two pages which listed what should do for different applicants. For me, the following is useful: All other applications for permanent residence have been transferred to the Case processing pilot office in Ottawa. Please allow 60 days prior to contacting CPP Ottawa for additional information. So what should I do? I should resent this package to Ottawa, right? Is there any time limit? Should I sent them within 60days? Thank you very much! I would be appreciated!!!!!OhCanadiana said:Buffalo officially closed already but there are people there finishing things up (some folks on the family side got their CoPRs mailed to them today from Buffalo) so they should toward the package with your application and forward it if necessary. Keep your signature confirmation carefully since they are doing so much, in so little time that mistakes seem to be happening at higher frequency (e.g., typos on CoPRs).
Yes, send the documents to CPC-O now instead of Buffalo. Don't delay because it will just delay your application. Don't contact them for further info means don't email them (not don't mail the letter )kristie2012 said:Hi OhCanadiana, I did medical check and sent the money order and some other supporting documents to Buffalo office on the last week of their opening but they returned this package back to me. There seems to be a general 'pause' at CPP-O. No PPRs seem to have come through since the move.Sheron said:I done my medicals on June 6th and send it on June 18th.. still my status is not updated. Did anyone got passport request..?
