If the AOR states that they have processed my application and I need to submit pcc and pay the ROPR fee, then yes.

If you are asking if I received the AOR after sending them my pcc, etc...then, no. I haven't received anything since sending the pcc and paying the fee. That is what I'm waiting for. I hear I could be waiting a long time. However, I'm hoping for the best!

Hope that helps!

oh ok...

Most people recieve letter from buffalo around a month application transferred from mississauga to there that just says we received your application on this date... That's AOR.... Some time they don't send this...

So don't know I didn't hear anything from them since the application reached buffalo. I send all the docs in the package, I don't think there are more documents they can request from me..

Hoping for the best,
Thanks

How long has it been since you have mailed docs? Have you tried emailing buffalo? For the most part, they will reply in a "timely" manner sometimes 48 hours, sometimes a week. But, more than likely, they will provide some information to you. This is just my own experience with this.

I send everything in original package along with application. I think I should better wait for 45 days since file transferred to buffalo before emailing them. It's about 35 days I am gonna wait for 10 more days.

Hopefully I will receive it.

Thanks

I'm still waiting for my AOR. I might be one of the ones that doesn't get it :s I'm at 6 weeks since it was forwarded to Buffalo. My timeline is on the side. :) All my Ecas says is application received. I don't even have an address listed on it yet.

I don't know how you decided this but I can see people waiting even 3 months before getting AOR. There is no 'usual' time for receiving an acknowledgement. Just my 2 cents..

So, there's probably a good chance mine could sent to another VO, as well? For example, let's say your medicals are in, your pcc is in, all fees paid, let's ASSUME at this point that all is well and you were HOPING that all you are waiting on is a copr- Could they still transfer your file to another VO? And, if so, would that VO review everything all over again or take it over from the point where the last officer left off? Anyone know? I suppose anything's possible with immigration, correct?

So you just got one email last week about your transferring to Seattle. No AOR from buffalo?

Whats your ecas saying now? If changed then when did it change from application receive to in process.

Thanks

Instead of stressing you should be happy because satellite VOs process much faster than Buffalo! I wish my app was transferred to a satellite VO ;)

I never checked ecas...never had ( do not know how)
I got a letter saying sponsor approved...then 2 months later email saying transferred to Seattle.

The reason stressed is if I have to go for an interview it is so far away....if I happen to be unlucky and have an interview I will figure it out then....driving to Detroit or Buffalo was only 5 hrs to 7 hrs....Seattle...OMG
