Dear Sir/Ma'am,
My name is XXXXX and my particulars are mentioned below:
Permanent Residence Application Number: EP000XXXXX
Client ID: XXXXX
Application Filed: November 16, 2011
Medicals Done: 23rd March,2012
Date Of Birth: XXXXXX
Country of Birth: XXXXXXX
Work Permit: XXXXXXX
Telephone: XXXXXXXX
I did my medicals on March 23rd, 2012 and in few days time they are going to get expired.
As per GCMS notes which I obtained in October 2012 show that my medicals were "passed" . Would I have to go through medical examinations?
Also I want to update my employment and place of residence details.
Do I need to fill out any form?
And can I send supporting documents via email.
Your kind assistance regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated. Waiting for your reply.
Regards,
XX
