I am new member to this discussion board. I am a BC PNP applicant and I am waiting for my application to processed by CPP-O office ( after it was transferred from Buffalo office).
My timeline
Nomination approval : Oct 2011
Federal application submit date: Feb 10, 2012
AOR received : April 10, 2012
Medical Request: May 8, 2012
Medicals done: May 15, 2012
I went through the CIC website and found the FAQ modified in the first week of March 2013. I have pasted below for your reference.

All applications received before 1 September 2011 in Buffalo have now been reviewed. All principal applicants who submitted applications before this date should have received a communication from the Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa (CPP-O) office. If you have not received any instructions or updates from CPP-O and you fall within this group, please contact the Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 with your name and file number (if known).
Applications received before 1 December 2011 will be reviewed by 31 March 2013.
Applications received before 1 March 2012 will be reviewed by 31 May 2013.
Visas are being issued in this category. The vast majority of applications received before 1 March 2012 will be finalised and visas will be issued by Summer 2013.

What concerns from this message is that there seems to be no mention of the applications that were accepted by CIC office after March 1,2012 and still waiting for the CPP-O office to be processed.
What is more disconcerting is the fact that one of my friend received the PPR mail from CPP-O office, in-spite of the fact that he has submitted the application in July 2012.
What will happen to applications that were accepted by CPP-O office after March 1 and were part of the applications returned from buffalo office?
