Use the email provided on the form and which counselor number are you referring to?

You don't need the council number unless you are represented by a lawyer. I believe if any lawyer represented you then he/she needs to put down the ICCRC number.

Application sent to buffalo: 18-3-2011 and received 22-3-2011
AOR and medical: 14-9-2011 but I did my medical check one week before in 7-9-2011
Fille transferred to Ottawa: 16-5-2012
Nothing then!
My status is always Application received

It has been over 3 months, I think you should be hearing something soon! GCMS Notes should provide more detail about your case as well.

Application send to Buffalo and receive - 7th November 2012.
AOR and Medical receive - 22nd February 2012 and file transfer to Ottawa.
Ask for Police certificate - 27th April 2012.
Documents receive - 16th May 2012.
E-case showing - we started processing your application 27th April 2012, Medical result receive.

Send them a e-mail to confirm about my documents to Ottawa no response yet.????????????????????

Check and confirm if your medicals are received or not at the office?
probably you can ask your doctor again to send the records to Ottawa.

most of the cases the e-case is not updated and not reliable.

One way to find out is to get GCMS Notes, it not only will tell you if they received your documents but also tell you other details of your case.

Well, they gave me 60 days time when they ask for my police clearance certificate on 27th April 2012, in order to continue my permanent immigration, i submit my p.c.c on 17th May 2012 is been a while since now. So far i did not order for any GCMS.

That 60 days they gave you to submit your PCC, should have been your next bring forward date. However, with all the applications coming from Buffalo who knows how they are handling the new applications and the existing ones.

Medical results are already received, this is indicated in the e-case. I know that e-case is not updated regularly, I know several persons who received the PPR while their e-case indicating 'application received'
