I was asked to submit personal history on Mar 08th 2013 and i am hoping and praying that i am asked to pay the fees ;D ;D ;D and send in the passport.

I am in the same boat... I called the number above , at first agent was not at all pleasant, but after a while he said he would send the request (probably to CPP-O ) and asked me to give him my phone number they would call me. Well, we will see

They called me back the next day and asked to wait for 10 days to get an email from CPP-O and said to call back again to call center if get no response in 10 business days

My friend who is a july 2011 applicant got a similar kind of response from the callcenter. But they give him little bit of more information like his daughter and his medicals have been extended but wife's medicals are still in process. Also some security clearances are still under process. He was told that he will get an update within the next 10 days.

Hi yk, I am a March 2012 applicant as well. I did medical examination on 31 May 2012. I have another 2 friends on the same timelines. We don't have any updates from Ottawa until today. As you said, I assume there is NO officer has been assigned to our files at all. I will send email to Ottawa soon, let us see what will happen. We should take care of that problem jointly.

Congrats!!!! I hope u r rite. The only thing tht concerns me now is that my medicals r going to expire in 10 days. Maybe they will apply for extension. As per last gcms my medicals were passed.

Medicals are usually extended for another 6 months.

I am eager to know the answer of your question too. But unfortunately it seams that nobody ,who went trough the 2nd medical, got their PPR yet.

When did u had your 2nd medical? mine was extended but my 2 dependents had their 2nd medical on Feb. 01, 2013. I paid already RPRF and submitted some docs they were asked but till now no PPR yet :-(

Our 2nd medical was on 27th of Feb. & we paid our RPRF long time ago. They didn't ask us to submit any documents.

has anyone received passports back from Ottawa? what is the general timeframe taken to ship them back to US.

they received our passports on 4th march and it has a 2nd day priority return envelope with it.
