I know this is a PNP forum and sorry to interrupt. I have a question regarding new born. Does anyone know the procedure when a CSQ holder gets a baby in the USA (before and after getting the PR)?

Do we have to apply for his CSQ as well and then apply for his federal? How does it work, please?

Not true. It may create problems. Please consult with an expert.

Yes you can live anywhere in Canada once becoming PR.

However, you could face problems if your PNP or QSW PR application is being porcessed and you move
to a new location. Also according to the article mentioned below the Border Service Agencies could
cause problems at the time of landing but once you are a PR Citzenship will not be affected.

I don't realize what they are exactly doing in CIC. I am not looking so hopeful into this anymore. Its more a matter of luck, than any other issue.

Can you tell me What I can say for waiting since May 10, 2010? And many of FSW applied in April May and June are still waiting. They have done medical more than year. If you look to others, you can see. You man applied in 2011!!! Hope good for all of us.

Hi Salem, sorry to hear your long wait. Is it the BG checks taking long time in your case? Any idea when they started in your case?

If they are issueing PPRs only begining of the month than it looks like they have reached the quota or they are following quota of issuing PPRS and if that is true then we might have to wait for January 2013 to see bunch of PPRs

Oh boy. It is not about loosing Hope. One needs not to put this very last weapon down. No way to forget about that.
Its just about how silly world can be. how things can get messy for no good reason.

It doesn't make life bitter, but makes you carry pains not so fair to carry.
I mean, all these checks and BG checks and etc, sound just about right if we were not here.
even a credit department updates your credit history every 6 months (reward +punish). they don't have 1/10 of the info available for CIC.

I don't try to be fool or stupid. I just think the Government, especially a big government, becomes a bureaucratic system, with no significant output. a full waste of human and financial resources. that is kind of obvious when you look at tax system, the mafia here in Montreal, etc.

Btw, I like here in Montreal, what i do, and the environment. Safe, fun, and cool atmosphere. makes wait much easier.
