If I were you, i wouldn't mind including the photos of my son.

Before I submitted the passports, I spoke to my attorney. She said you don't have to submit any pictures for your son as he is already Canadian and is not included in the immigration application. These pictures wii be attached to the COPR document which you need to have during landing and since he won't get one, there is no reason to include his pictures.

Also, when I first submitted my application back in April, 2010, I did not include any pictures for him and they did not request any updating for the documents. I think if it was manadatory, they would have asked for it along with the medical request or even with the passport request.

Anyways, I will wait to see what will come up and I will let you know.

office. Applicants who send their documents by mail must provide a return address in Canada or the United States to
which their passport(s) can be returned (see the “Document Return Procedure” page attached to this letter). If you do not
have a mailing address in Canada or the United States, you must deliver your passport(s) in person, Monday to Friday, 8:30
a.m. to 12 noon. Your passports will be ready for pick up in ten business days.

It depends on your location, whether you live on USA or Canada. I received the passport requed by email, not mail. the following link was attached.

Yes, it has been changed to Decision Made two days before I received the passport. Do not worry, you will get it soon.
