I applied on 18 Oct, 2010. Received by Visa office as of Feb 10, 2011. No updates for a while now.

Her visa office is Buffalo.When can she expect 2nd AOR from Buffalo?
Whats the average time frame for Buffalo applicants.

Hi everyone.
I need help!!!!!
I am on my way to mail my application under the Federal Skilled Worker (Buffalo).
But one step became unclear for me about proof of funds.
I own a Real Property that i evaluated by a third party who is in the business of valuating ...
however, I just found the information that I have to write an official statement-"SWORN AFFIDAVIT OF INTENT TO SELL (Property) OR WITHDRAW (money).
Is anybody know what it means,or have already written it and willing to share!?
I will deeply appreciate any prompt answer. I really got stuck by it right after everything had been ready to be sent.

Hi Goodwill,
Sounds like your sister's application has a similar timeline as mine. I am hoping to see some progress in June. Although I'm not sure if this new Post-June process (at least for Buffalo) includes a 2nd AOR. I am hoping my ecas status would change from 'Received by VO' to 'In Process'.

post 6/26, applied Dec 2010, still says RBVO on E-Cas with Buffalo. no news heard other than my PER in Mach 2011.
