I got my 2nd AOR slightly after Oct 2010, but I would like to share my time line with you guys.
Please let me join you :)

My time line is below.
 
Friends in red colour are requested to update their info. It indicates that there has been no further development with these cases after they received Buffalo AORs. Congrats to USH1B for leading the pack.

Since five cases from the above list have been transferred to other satelite VOs,and others have stayed at Buffalo, I have started a new thread titled BUFFALO - "IN PROCESS" APPLICATIONS (NOT TRANSFERRED TO OTHER VOs) on the following link for ease of tracking.

I didn't receive any updates from Buffalo since 2nd AOR on Oct 12, Ecas still shows "Received by Visa Office". Im waiting if it will change to "In process soon". Good luck to all.
 
No Updates from my side.The eCase still shows "Received by VO".
However,after my 2nd AOR,my Change of Address was done in couple of days - ONLINe
Sent few changes in EMployer etc to Buffalo office through Fedex - Nov 29
Sent the changes in Employer etc to Buffalo office Online - Dec 10

Please add me in the list too, I got 2nd AOR from Buffalo on Oct-12-2010, no update further. Status still shows "received by visa office".

It seems there has been a very little movement except my file going into 'Process" and five cases transferred to other VOs with USH1B getting close to visa issuance. With the holiday season having started, we may have to wait for another month or two before seeing any action.

Hi every1,

Though i recieved my 2nd AOR from buffalo in november 1st wk.And in the letter there is just a File number and it doesnt mention any date except at the most lowest portion it says

status/acknowledgg April 2010

So what it means ? my 2nd AOR date would be november or april.
And i have been in canada since june 2010 on work visa in highly skilled class and applied for immigration in this class as well so what would be sub category like FSW1/FSW2 OR FSW3.

Please check your AOR again to see the Sent date.
You should know under what category you applied (FSW1 or 2) depending if you applied under 29 occupations published by CIC or on the basis of arranged employment offer.

Vermas - Can you update my status as received by Visa Office. Also if others on the list update theirs it would be good and we can be on track.

I am wondering why have I earned a negative point since yesterday (from -5 to -6). Perhaps, it would be better to be just a silent watcher than a contributor. I have never made a useless or unfounded comment :(
