Is there anyone here, who got 1st AoR after May, 2010 and have his/her application being processed now?

They are issuing MR for March 2010 application now. Average timeline for getting PPR is between 24 to 26 months (from the date of applying to Sydney NS) right now.

Hi guys,

Buffalo is moving well finally for pre-june applicants

I got MR with RPRF request today after i had addition of line that reviewed and processing started on jan 10.

So if anyone has idea If there is right of permanat resident fee for children ?? as well.

And if RPRF request always come with medical.

How long it takes to get the request for PR after medicals and once you have the PR request u can submit paspports personally at buffalo.

Plz correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks

S

average timeline after MR is 3 to 4 months.

I applied to CIO Sydney, NS, on Feb 4, 2010. After I got approval from CIO and request for full package of docs (May 5) i submitted my full application to Buffalo VO on May 20, 2010.
Nobody know the reasons of Buffalo VO. Just wait and pray, I guess that is the secret.
My category is FSW1 independent immigration, yours is FSW3 as I understood, maybe that plays some role too.
Anyway good luck!

Hi,
Congrat! You've finally touched the rope of this marathon.
it would be great if you could modify your timeline in your signature. I think your App. filed Date is Feb 4, 2010 and PPR date is Jan 20 2012. probably you know better than me that there are tons of applicants surfing these pages to figure out the Buffalo time line, and these Typo mistake would probably make them worry.

Thanks and have a great time,
GZ

Hi guys,

At last, after waiting for almost two years, I just received my medical letter :). There is a letter asking for medical examination and RPRF. No additional documents.
The letter is dated January 24. My e-cas says they started processing Jan 20th. So it didn't take long after that.

Wish you all best of luck,

ekaramad

What is your category? when did you file at Sydney and when did you get your second A.O.R from Buffalo?
if you are still in Buffalo, for federal skilled workers filed in Buffalo, average time line after medical is 3 to 4 month right know. this is based on my searching in a couple of immigration forums and I'm not sure about it? as you can see from my signature, I am in the same boat!

don't worry! if you had filed at Sydney N.S around January to March 2010, I think this February is your sweet February!
there is really nothing that we can do in this stage. just take a back seat and relax.

Thanks,
G.Z

Congrat Doc! well come to the Club. why don't you update your signature to add your fantastic MR date to it?

Hope getting your PPR very soon!

Cheer,
