I already asked the above que. to buffalo VO and got the same f***ing reply that they are not thinking to process our file in 2011 any more...

Should we write and ask them why other offices still offer MR this year, like Hong Kong, Beijing and so forth. Immigration Policy should apply to every office rather than Buffalo office only. It is quite unreasonable to stagger buffalo office applicants only!

Maybe it could remind them that their proceed timeline is unwelcome.

As you know there are so many applicants sanding the inquiry everyday. So, I think they already know qbout their unfairness to us but still they are not doing anything regarding that. And as car as I know it won't make any difference if we send this kind of query.

let us all who are in toronto do some gatheringing and peaceful rally with pamphlets aroud queens parm and toronto parliament/high commission etc to presurise them indicating our peoblems and emphasizing their false infomarion on websire and how they have playeed with our lives and plans .. guys please please let me know hout houghts and if we are enough people we can plan a formal procession..........my two cents !!

guys, i received a email from buffalo office ask for finger print checking. i did and RCMP had sent the result to buffalo about 2 month till now. nothing else yet. any idea?

I thinks we should lawsuit against canada immigration by appointing reputed lawyer.
it must be work. if they hav allocated no of visa to specific VO, then should not even accept our application that time.so we can think something else. but we got stuck on stupid. wastin our time ... means wasting our talent skills...........endangering our future.........

I agree, there is a immigration VO in Toronto, we all need to hold a peaceful protest outside this office. This is criminal in-justice from Gov of Canada.

CIC website still say's the total processing time is 21 months under federal skilled worker from buffalo. I am at 20th month still not even close to medical request. what do you guys think?

my understanding is, the 21 month starts after your 2nd AOR, which means you are at 10-11 months... plus, CIC hasn't updated the timeline since July.
