Got mine 2nd AOR on 11/10/2010.

Hi anumatri,

We are in the same boat, I got my 2nd AOR Oct 13 but no update yet...we are in the que now for processing. Either Buffalo will transfer our file to satellite VO or keep it with them for the rest of the procedure.
Just be positive and patience is the key of the waiting game

Based on other member experiences in earlier threads, we should get an update in 2-4 months. Keep our finger crossed ;D

When did your documents was received at Buffalo Visa Office?

Its actually case to case basis, some cases might get transfer to other satellite VO and some will stay in Buffalo for the rest of the procedure... for sure we are waiting for the "IN PROCESS" in the next 2-4 months, God willing....
Usually the processing is faster once the file is transferred that's why I myself is hoping for my file to be transferred too

So far with what I had seen, FSW 2 and 3 stays with Buffalo, while FSW1 gets transferred to other VO.

I recieved my 2nd AOR in november idt wk dated 26th october.
And ecas staus shows IN PROCESS and detail is as under

We received your application for permanent residence on February 28, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 27, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the Buffalo office. They are pending review.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on April 14, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.

So what is next and when.
