mr. verma plz reply me if u have any idea i have 18 months exp. from india my lawyer use my current six month exp. here from canada now i am on work permit and he claim for two year exp but i have little doubt in my mind bcoz after 18 month exp. from india i complete i year study here from canada now i am on wp my lawyer use my current 6 month exp. is this ok seniors plz reply Shocked Shocked

The combined experience of 18 months in India and 6 months in Canada, making a total of two years is OK.

Perhaps the current delays can be attributed to implementation of GCMS (Global Case Management System), replacing CAIPS by CIC. Good majority of staff at all visa offices are busy with trainings. As its a new system, staff find it slow and complex but versatile.

Documents recieved by Buffalo June 10th 2010 (According to Post Canada). Been 4 months arleady and counting. No second AOR yet.

I've sent them an E-Mail asking them if they had possibly sent me a letter which I may have not recieved because of any mail issues. All I got is a reponse which said my documents has been recieved by the office is currently under review followed by that annoying automated message they send it which specifies how long it may take to issue an acknolwedgement letter.

I also understand the second AOR will most likely be sent out as an E-Mail (As I read online on other's cases) rather than Postal Mail. Must say it rather gets annoying after my phone or PC beeps cause of a new E-Mail and I expect it to be them only to see it's not

Still being hopeful though and so should everyone here.

today I get re-appear for IELTS from Buffalo , they need high IELTS bands under NOC 0213. before submitted total point in language was 10 points , with language total my PR points is 70 (including IELTS 10 points).
dont know why they request me to submit high score for IELTS before december 1st 2010.
