Submitted full application to Buffalo, received by Buffalo on 26th June. No 2nd AOR yet. Emailed Buffalo and the response was;

"Thank you for your message.

Permanent resident applications are created in our database and acknowledgement of receipt letters are sent to the applicant within 30 weeks of receipt. Any application submitted without the required documents and information will be returned to the applicant.

Regards,"

Please update if anyone did receive 2nd AOR from Buffalo in last few weeks and their timeline.
I got the identical replies (same as yours) twice. The last one was in the last week. Since I have returned to India, I thought of writing an email to them to elicit the AOR and notify change of residential address, hoping that it might bring my file out of the pile, but it didn't work.

Its not that buffalo is slow, it is the fact that Buffalo has the highest number of applications to process. Yes, 3 months is the wait time. the total is changed to 15 months now. :-* :P

I am also waiting for my 2nd AOR. its been 2 months.

so looks like nobody from july got second AOR??
my full docs were rcd by buffalo on July 26 and no news.
let's create a list of all of us who applied to buff in july and update

I think there is no one who got 2nd AOR among the people who sent out the full doc after End of May 2010.
If you sent the full doc on Jul or Aug, it is a bit early to wait for it, I guess.

But I saw someone got his full documents returned, he/she sent out the documents in June, so I think their hands are at least on the June full docuement applicants.

No news is good news! -> this is my motto these days. :)

Hi friends,

Here is the good news for me. Finally, I have received my second AOR (Buffalo) with new file number by e-mail. It took me almost 6 months (from 29 March -24 September 2010) to get the AOR. I am not able access e-Cas using the new file number (may happen next week) and using the old CIO, NS file number shows the same old information related to CIO, NS approval.

I sincerely wish that all others waiting for their AOR get it without further delay.

Cheers..... ;D
