1. We received XXXXX application for permanent residence on October 4, 2017.
2. We started processing XXXXX application on December 13, 2017.
3. We sent XXXXX correspondence on November 28, 2017. If XXXXX has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have XXXXX do so as soon as possible. Please wait until XXXXX receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
4. Medical results have been received.

is 2. AOR2? and am I required to do anything now or Just wait? do you have a WhatsApp group?

Our application has been transferrd to this office third line in process in 14 Sep 2017 and all documents and Medicaid done. However no updates and no communications from that date till now.... Not sure what to do.... Any advice?

Yes, it's AOR2. Now you have to wait. For some ppl is very fast, for some it's very slow
