Bucharest VO seems to be very slow, even New Delhi is faster with much larger number of applicants

Done medical in April 2017
They requested police clearance and some travel documents, since May nothing going on our 13th month.

Hello everyone, I have also been waiting since November 2016. Medical was done upfront and its going to expire this month. They have requested additional documents such as intention of return and steps taken by my husband to prepare his move to Canada in March and we sent all of them already. It says on my application on CIC that medical is passed and that's about it. I'm going back to Canada with my kids this month and I sent them a copy of my tickets as proof of intentions and when I email them to request an update they reply back after two weeks stating that they're trying their best to process the application. However, last month when I did request an update they said that my file was assigned to an agent for review. I honestly don't know what that means. I mean isn't the application assigned to an agent from the beginning? Frustrated nervous and anxious

If you dont mind me asking you about your background status on Gckey account is it "in progress" or "not applicable" or "in process" ?

Medical pass. All other papers such as Sch A. Police clearance and WE approval has been done.

In Sept 12 her application forwarded to Bucharest.

May I ask how long applications in Bucharest VO will be waiting? Any time lines?

Bucharest seems to be one of the slowest offices for some reason, our luck!!!
