Your default status is non-ECR as you have passed Class X. I'm sure you had submitted your Class X/Class XII board certificates when you applied for your passport.
If the passport office believed you were in the ECR category (which clearly you are not), you would have had an ECR stamp on your passport. In that case you would have had to apply to delete the ECR stamp. Now, you don't have to do anything.
Also, ECR is more critical for young women visiting GCC countries. So don't worry
