it doesn't make a difference she has 10k or 100k CAD or USD or Even GBP in account the matter of fact is from where she got if she got as a salary so where is tax returns etc 10k cad means around almost 80k PKR a month salary so she surely paying 8k pkr a month tax if not then it is a straight forward case...anyways how many days she was planning to visit you? as in visa age employment everything count.. plus wedding factor also not a solid reason as per visa prospect

Hi there.thanks for taking the time and replying. My mom ans sister applied visa to together last year where my mom got the visa but sister was refused so if you see my previous post you will see all the details.
But since then now situation is changed.they refused her as per caips notes on 4 basis.
1..she financially can't afford it bacuse our so called consultant didn't submit any bank statements.
2...she doesn't have ties
3...host financially not strong to support the applicant because no proof of income was submitted by our consultant.
4..pursose of visit was not reasonable becuse our consultant mention they are coming for eid.
Now situation is changed i went to lawyer here in canada to see what can we do to make a stronger application. So we worked almost 1 year
Now my sister have better job she is vice principal of a school.and have agreement for three years with the institution. And she has reason to go back to like she is getting married in june.we already have all the proofs like wedding hall booking and deposit reciept. And weddind cards.my mom has not travelled yet on visa as she is waiting for my sister to travel with her.i have enough savings to support her.i own a business here us canada.i just bought a house is well.can provise personell and buisness accounts statements to show that i am financially strong and my sister getting salary in bank so it will show as salary in her acvount.
From my sister we can provide
Job letter with six months pay slips
Bank statements showing salary
She has saving bonds
Wedding hall booking &wedding card from her and groom side
Her day to day itinerary
Frc showing she is my sister
Her gym membership
Her work agreement wity the school
Letter from my mom requesting for her visa
A strong cover letter will be prepared by our immigration lawyer
My mom visa copy
Medical insurance for the trip (1 month)
I went to local mp so local mp will give the letter of recommendation too

There is a difference of opinion in the suggestions I had posted in this thread... and the documents/evidence that your immigration lawyer is suggesting.

I dod not see any difference of opinion.only thing that you did not agree was my consultant saying get letter from my mom in favour of my sister application. That's it.rest whatever you suggested i agreed with you.and whatever you will suggest i will discuss with my consultant to make a strong application to help my sister to have better application.

I mean if you are paying money to a immigration lawyer then i would just follow what he/she suggest. We are not working for IRCC or any immigration company. So basically its either you take advice from a licensed professional or from forum members like @Bryanna who gives out free information and advice to people who wants to try to file visa applications on their own.
