Thank you for your kind help Brayanna,

4. 2 years IT Returns (including your IT returns in India too

Actually, i am getting a tax free salary and i no need to pay any penny as a tax in UAE, as its a tax free country.

5. House lease agreement + any rent receipts and bank transfers for the rent paid in advance after you return from your visit + highlight any deposit forfeiture clause

i have leasing agreement of my house which i am staying in UAE, however, i am not paying for it, its paying my my employer.
Also, in India, as i am non resident Indian i no need to pay tax either in India too. so no tax proof in my name, only the tax i am paying for is for my property which i own in my name.

6. For your FDs in India: Copies of the FDs + FD Interest Certificate issued by the banks + letter issued by the banks stating the FDs are not mortgaged and can be liquidated if required

For my FD receipt itself showing how much interest will i get on my maturity period, actually i invested for 1 yr and interest option i have chosen was end of meturity so there is not interest statement, will it be a problem
But on my wife name FD interest will credit every quarterly, so for that fd i can have a statement.

5. Is someone inviting you? What documents will they provide?

actually, my sister-in-law and family is there in Toronto, she is on PR and her kids are canadian citizen, she is owning her on property in canada, and she and her husband working on full-time job, however, at the moment, she is on maternity since Sep 2015.
so she will send us her property details, pr card and their kids citizenship details, bank statement, 3 yrs tax paper, their salary slip, please advice if we need to submit any thing more from their side.

once again thank you very much for your precious time

Hi Bryanna,

I see that you have helped a lot of TRV applicants. I would like to ask if base on your judgement I am qualified to be given such a visa.

My main purpose is to have an examination on a regulated profession. The licensing body will send me a letter for visa purposes and the result of my credentials stating that my education attained is the same as to Canada.

below are the lists of the documents I will present:

-Letter of Invitation from my relative (all of the expenses for the travel will be paid by my own)
-Letter of acceptance from the licensing body
-Property (condo)
-registered pharmacist in my home country (unemployed but has an experience, I resigned 6 months ago to prepare for the exam)
-bank account
-credit card SOA
-no travel history
-birth certificate
-immediate family is in the philippines, and they are citizens here as well
-Cover letter

Follow-up questions:
Will it be fine if I stated in my letter that I will stay there for 2-weeks?
Will it be also advisable if I will book a round trip ticket prior to applying? And a hotel as well?

Thank you much! Your answer is highly appreciated!

Hi Rohit,

Also, in India, as i am non resident Indian i no need to pay tax either in India too. so no tax proof in my name, only the tax i am paying for is for my property which i own in my name.
This is wrong.

Being an NRI (Non Resident Indian) does not exempt you from filing taxes in India.

If some component of your salary is paid in India.... or you earn a rental income from property owned by you.... or you earn interest on fixed deposits and your bank balance in India..... or PPF/EPF/shares, etc..... basically, any form of income earned in India..... then you MUST file Income Tax Returns, in India, especially if these collective incomes exceed INR 250,000 a year. Even if the income does not exceed this amount, you can file *Nil Returns*.

Hope you have a PAN card.

actually i invested for 1 yr and interest option i have chosen was end of meturity so there is not interest statement, will it be a problem
No, this will not be a problem. You will not be able to include this FD as available funds for your visit.

so she will send us her property details, pr card and their kids citizenship details, bank statement, 3 yrs tax paper, their salary slip, please advice if we need to submit any thing more from their side.
You only require copies of her PR card + her passport + NOA + bank statement + Invitation Letter.

Her property details + the citizenship details of her children are not required.

Don't forget to prepare the detailed day-by-day itinerary with expense estimates showing typical tourist places/activities/meeting family and friends.... and prove that you have the liquid finances for this visit + airfare for yourself and your family.

As all of you wish to travel together.... you must demonstrate very strong individual and collective ties to the UAE/India.... because it will appear that your family ties are stronger to Canada than those to the UAE/India

Cheers

Hi,

Will it be fine if I stated in my letter that I will stay there for 2-weeks?
First-off, do be very careful about the words you choose.... you cannot use words like *stay/live*.... as a visitor, you can only visit.

Yes, you can show a visit of 2 weeks.... both for the exam as well as for tourism/meeting friends/family. Do draw up a detailed day-by-day itinerary with expense estimates and you must prove that you have the finances for this visit + airfare

Will it be also advisable if I will book a round trip ticket prior to applying? And a hotel as well?
No, you can submit provisional flight and hotel bookings/itinerary..... and mention that you will confirm these bookings when a TRV is issued to you.

I will be honest. As you are currently unemployed + perhaps single and young + no previous travel history..... you must work very hard on proving that you will return home.

If you have a job offer/you are able to work for a few months before you apply for a TRV + if you have dependent family members + if you have enrolled for a study program in your country + if you have a solid reason to return by a certain date..... then your chances of getting a TRV will increase

Cheers

Thank you for the response Bryanna.

Will my previous job will help me to prove that I have a high job prospects in my country?
I also have a money lending as source of income although I don't know how it will be presented. Because I only have Memorandum of Agreement with whom I lend the money.

Can you help me with this?

Thank you.

@pharma01

As you are no longer working, your previous employment will not help to prove that you have good job prospects you currently. If it is possible, you must resume working/be employed for a few months before you apply for a TRV.

Is your money lending business registered because normally these businesses are not registered?
How is the money returned to you: Bank transfers or cash? If cash, do you deposit this cash in your bank account each month?
Do you have any other documentation/emails/receipts to prove this money has been returned to you?

Yes, it is not registered but I have memorandum of agreement with whom I lend the money and notarized it. Would this be enough? Yes, I do deposit the money on my account and those are reflected on my sa ings account.

You can include it. I would also include any other proofs such as receipts, taxes paid on this, etc

Do submit 6 months' bank statements showing that these cash deposits match the amount returned as stated in the memorandum of agreement

What other strong ties can you show?

Thank you for your quick response, Bryanna!

Anywho, it doesn't have taxes. And the only proof I can show with regarda to this is the memorandum of agreement.

Strong tie/s: I only have a real estate (condominium), my immediate family is here.

Would you suggest any? Since I am planning to apply in April or May. My exam would be in July.

Thank you very much Bryanna!

Hi Brianna,

Thank you for the advice
I have a question regarding my document list, do I need to mention the list of all documents we are placing in the statement or shall I put a separate document list for myself and my family members.

You can make separate *List of Evidence* for each family member.... arrange sequentially to match the TRV form questions.... also do give reference numbers for each document/evidence

Hi Bryanna

Thank you for your reply
Sorry to ask you again, what do you mean by reference number for each document?

Also do I need to put separate sheet for detailed day-by-day itinerary with expense or shall I mention it in cover letter.

Hi,

Reference number: For example, Evidence XX: Bank statement from XX to XX

Yes. The day-by-day detailed itinerary with expense estimates is a separate document. Mention the liquid funds available versus the funds needed for the visit (based on the itinerary estimates) in the covering letter

Cheers
