I have applied TRV in the month of 16Aug17 & it got rejected on 14th sept 2017.
Now i re applied on 2nd Jan 2018,is any possibility of getting TRV.

Last time my rejection reason was "Purpose of Visit" not clear it seems.

Now i clearly explained and submitted all docs..Please reply..

It is difficult to say as you have not shared the details of your application:
1. What is the reason for your visit and for how long?

2. Have you provided evidence to prove that you have reasons to return to India (for example, employment, property, dependent family, financial situation and any previous travel history)?

I applied business visa for 10 days & i have submitted all docs of my company.
(Bank statement, ITR, firm registration etc..)
Previously i travelled to Singapore,Malaysia.

In november i travelled to dubai now i again applied trv to canada with clear details and docs.

Business visa requirements are different from that for tourism/family visit.

Hope you have included a detailed itinerary of your plans for each day + an invitation letter from a Canadian company + 24/7 contact information of your Canadian host + company profiles of the host company and your company + provisional hotel bookings + evidence to establish business relationship between both companies, etc.

Unfortunately, your previous travel to Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai won't help unless it was specifically as business visits

Yes i have given explanation letter in that i have mentioned my iternary,contact & address of canadian host.
I travelled to singapore and malaysia on business purpose only & also last month i travelled to dubai also.
