I submitted a letter of invitation from my husband showing his employment letter, last years NOA, last 6 months bank statements, citizenship certificate and passport. I submitted all forms, purpose of visit, passport, medical, employment letter, last 6 months of bank statements, letter from employer showing 5 weeks vacation(NOC), return flight ticket and marriage certificate.
i got visitor visa rejected from NDVO for following reasons:
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident.
In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:
Your history of having contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada
Your travel history
Your immigration status
Your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
Length of proposed stay in Canada
Purpose of visit
Limited employment prospects in your country of residence
Your current employment situation
Your personal assets and financial status
That you have a legitimate business purpose in Canada
I am not satisfied that you have answered truthfully all questions put to you.
options in red + bold are the one that are selected on the refusal letter
and refusal notes says :
Purpose was to visit spouse for 6 weeks.
They were recently married.
No previous travel to demonstrate compliance.
Applicant is employed with a modest income.
Savings have been noted.
No other evidence of assets in India which would signify ties to India to compel her return.
Applicant does not appear to be well established in her country of residence.
Strong ties to Canada.
Spousal sponsorship has been noted.
Not satisfied that applicant will return to India after period of authorized stay.
now I am thinking to re apply with more supporting documents:
1. PF statement
2. Gold valuation from jeweler
3. Medical insurance in India for one year
4. bank money transfer statements to my parents account to show that they are dependent on me .
5. appreciation/awards mails print outs.
6. rent agreement for one year
7. stating my salary hike due in purpose of visit letter.
8. all details about expenses costs estimates calculated with travel itinerary in purpose of visit letter.
9. this time I got leaves for 10 days so applying for 10 days not for 6 weeks.
Bryanna ,I need your valuable advice to reapply my visitor visa ,is above mentioned docs are enough to convince visa officer that I will return to India before expiry of visa?
