My cousin applied online trv on 23rd augest from india , he got confrmation message same day after that no update , now he wants to withdraw his online visitor visa application becuase of some problems , so plz what should he do now ... he just got application number ... he applied second time .. he dont know where and which visa office start proces his application... plz tell bryana he want to withdraw his application urgently

It's been more than two months since your cousin applied. That's considerably long if there are no background checks. Anyways
If I'm not mistaken I think he has applied from North India, right? He must email + send CSEs to both the Chandigarh and New Delhi visa offices.

And one thing more bryanna .. is immigration keep our record i mean our documents which we attached with our file when we applied.. mean if our application is rejected and we are going to apply second time , is immigration keep our previous submitted documents in their revord or not ... ??@deepkhela

Yes, all details are recorded on IRCC's database even if the application is withdrawn or refused. If your cousin has submitted incorrect details, he could provide the correct information and request the visa office to amend his application

He can apply to withdraw the application. The final decision is with the visa office. He can say that he no longer wishes to have his TRV application processed due to a change in his travel circumstances
Again, the decision of whether or not to allow your cousin to withdraw the TRV application is with the visa office.We completed webforms and send emails to both offices for withdrawl of application ... now in how much time our application will withdraw i mean any time limit for this .. applied online on 23 rd october... just got app number ..
The visa office will email him in a few days to inform their decision. The actual process to withdraw/cancel the TRV application could take up to eight weeks.
Also, as he has already received an application number, it means processing has started. So, no refunds will be made
