Dear Bryana

In our previous thread discussion i have mentioned that I appilied with my family and got refused me wife and two kids how ever after your adive i have re appiled for my self and wife without childrens and got the apporoval.

Now i would like to know how to apply for my kids visa cannot Travel without them please give me any possible suggestions

BTW what is the validity of your/your wife's TRVs?


Although IMO the chances of your children getting TRVs are low, do provide more info:
1. What are your children studying? When is their school break and when do they intend to visit? What documents can they provide for their study ties?

2. For how long would you be visiting + purpose of visit?

3. Travel to Saudi does not count. When did you and your children visit the UK + for how long? The UK is somewhat liberal these days in issuing visitor visas

I have sent the passport to abudhbai VO yet i dont know the validity of my visa once I received the passport back i will update you.

Although IMO the chances of your children getting TRVs are low, do provide more info:
1. What are your children studying? When is their school break and when do they intend to visit? What documents can they provide for their study ties?

They both are studying in grade 12 and and 11 respectively i can provide a bonafide certificate student id cards and any letter from school if required.

Their school break is in mid December from 15 dec to 05 jan we would like to visit for same duration

2. For how long would you be visiting + purpose of visit?

Purpose of visit is to visit my brother in law a family gathering

3. Travel to Saudi does not count. When did you and your children visit the UK + for how long? The UK is somewhat liberal these days in issuing visitor visas

We visit to UK this july for 35 days for tourism purpose in their summer break

Please reply whats your opinion shall i apply fkr 1 kid and later apply for another kid or any

Glad to know about your approval request but my suggestion is no matter they gave you 5 years visa or 2 years do visit first and apply their visa for summer vacations as if you will try to apply now so it will come in penetration which i suffered with UK and they refused over and over family visas so best is first you visit alone and come back and show them that what you have written you have done it and before summer vacation do apply for kids

Your children are almost adults. Maybe your older child (Grade 12 one) could have some chance of an approval if s/he proves that s/he must return for critical examinations along with other evidence of study ties. But, IMO, this would be a 50-50 percent chance

Is it a special family function like a milestone wedding anniversary? Or just a regular family visit? If it is the second situation, I would suggest that you do not apply for either of your children.

Are the UK visitor visas still valid/would they still be valid in December-January? If yes, you can submit a travel plan for Middle East >> Canada >> UK (for some family event/couple of days stay) >> Middle East

IMO (and as I have mentioned earlier), the chances of your children being approved are low. There's a very slim chance that one child could be approved (if his/her documents are presented really well).

IMO, both children will not be approved as this would completely reduce your family ties to UAE. Someone must stay back at home.


You may want to consider:
1. Visit Canada with your wife - without your children - and return to UAE (do keep to the visit duration stated in your TRV applications). This would prove you have no intention of overstaying, etc.

2. Travel with your entire family to another visa-requiring country (US, Schengen, Australia/NZ) before your children reapply for TRVs
