Brunei Police Check

Hi guys,

Im applying for Start-up visa program. I had time studying in Brunei for 1 year, thats why I need to get Police Certificate from this country.

I have been looking up on the internet, Brunei embasssy website, but they dont mention much about it.

I have also contacted Brunei embasssy in my country but they only asked me to come back to Brunei to apply.

My question is: what do I need to bring to apply for PCC when I come back there?

Does anyone have the same situation as mine? Appreciate your help!

If you live outside of Brunei:

You may ask a representative in Brunei Darussalam to obtain a certificate on your behalf or you can apply for the certificate through the Brunei Darussalam Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence. Only apply after receiving an official request letter from the Canadian visa office (mailed to you after your Application for Permanent Residence has been received).

Information and documents you need

• Letter requesting a police certificate from Citizenship and Immigration Canada
• Copy of: your passport, work permit and identity card (if available)
• Applicable fees (to be paid in cash or a bank draft payable to the Commissioner of the Royal Brunei Police Force)
