Brother's visitor's visa denied three times

Hi guys,

I thought I should give it a try here. So my brother applied from India to get a visitor's visa three times and it's been denied three times. He is 24 and single. I have friends who are like family here in Canada so they invited him to visit. They gave all their financial stuff, invitation letter and everything. Still it was denied. He is running a small music institute on his own for the past three years. What are the stuff he needs to show that he will go back to his country? Can anyone suggest what he needs to do? Thanks!

1.travel history, 2. funds, 3. stay in canada, 4. not sure about the going back to home country.

i think its very difficult for him to get a T.V as he has no travle history more over he is not well settled in Canada. So for being granted he needs to show some heavy reason for going there. he can show that he is being invited by some music school from canada or want to learn some different music production styles of Canada.
It might work for him.
