Broke my shoulder....

Just broke my shoulder and might need surgery with a long revalidation. Worst timing ever!
Moving end of April to BC. Waiting till MSP cover in July would be very late for this surgery....
Anyone any suggestions? I'm stressing of course no insurance will cover it as it's pre existing!

Why aren't you getting shoulder surgery now? Even if you get MSP in July it could be months before you get surgery.

Because the rehabilitation is 6 months... Which would go over the validity of my or letter

Confused what letter are you talking about. Your rehab in Canada will likely be done using extended benefits through your employer, if you have any, to see a physiotherapist or cash. Any form of brace will also likely come through extended health benefits or cash.

Can't you change plans? Move to AB instead and covered from day 1!
