Hello,

Point1:

I have my bro in Saskatchewan, while received PT from OINP.
Will it create problem for me ?

Point2:
I have an employer in Ontario who is not eligible to do the LMIA procedure.
But, can I include his connection in the intent to reside letter?
Showing that i can get employment once I am in Ontario?
Will that be considered by OINP people?

Not true. Even jobs applied are considered ties and some members have been asked to prove that they have applied for jobs in Ontario.From the official guide:

You may also provide evidence of your ties to Ontario. Ties to Ontario can include but are not limited to, the following:
Employment in Ontario;
 Job offers or jobs applied/interviewed for in Ontario;
 Volunteer work in Ontario;
 Lease agreements for a residence in Ontario or property ownership;
 Professional networks and affiliations;
 Family ties;
 Social connections or personal relationships; and/or
 Previous visits to Ontario.
