British council refused to give another original copy if IELTS?

Hello All,

Today British council refused to give me another original copy from the IELTS, what shall I do?

Shall I write to them a letter asking for a copy and the justifications?

Where is original?

If you submit it some where else, then you need to provide proof.

I submitted the original to CIO office, but I would like to get another copy for another NOC

Applicants are permitted to submit a copy of their language test results with a new application only if the original test results were submitted with previous Federal Skilled Worker application on or after 26 June, 2010 and were not returned to the applicant. . .

Actually - call and ask them if you can purchase an additional copy of your results. They might not send you another copy for free, but if you are willing to pay for it, it's a different story.
