British Council IELTS revaluation query. Help!

hiii,
i got my result today-- 19th april 2019
my scores are
L-8
R-8
W-6.5
S-7.5
i missed 8777 by 0.5
is there any chance wherein that 0.5 increses by applying for re-valuation?
this is my third attempt... and result of my second exam(oct 13th 2018) is yet to be given..they withheld it for quality and it has been 6 months and still waiting.
please suggest

I think you should go for re-examination of your writing score. I believe that you have the quality. And you lose nothing but only some extra money. However if you sit for another exam then it will definitely cost you more.

Can they decrease our score in re-evaluation??
Mine is Listening-8.5
Reading 6.5
Writing 6.0
Speaking 6.5
I only need 0.5 in writing please suggest me. Money is not issue at the moment but I am only scared that if they decrease my score. If this is their rule that scores will remain same or increase then I definitely wanna go for reval. Please I need reply soon bcz my test was 4 wks ago, maximum we can reval within 6 wks.

it wont decrease. i haven't heard any case of decreasing marks. vl remain same or increased. go for it.

I got my result on 10th may and applied for reval (for Writing) on 14th May.My score was (LRWS) (8.5,7,5,6,5,7,5).
Can anyone please let me know how many days British Council will take to send Reval Result and how will I get the result?SMS or mail?

it usually takes 28 days for the result to come. They might evn postpone it further. I got my result around 36 days. You will be contacted through SMS .. do chck for those
