British citizen living in Canada.

hello everyone,

I'm a British citizen, working in the UK at the moment. My employer now has moved his company in Canada and They asked me to continue with them. One thing is worrying me most is that my wife is an Albanian national, under a UK spouse visa. She will be travelling with me in Canada. What legal steps do i have to follow for her? Type of application i have to make that she will be free to live,study and work in Canada?
please help.

Once your work permit is ready, you can apply for her open work permit, then she can work there with any employer.

Not a problem, as long as she has a legal status in UK (from the place you will be applying for your and her work permit), if your work permit is valid, she will get open work permit.

Any one who has a Work permit regardless of the country citizenship, His/her Spouse can apply for an Open Work Permit. It doesn't have to be a UK Citizen or even has a status in UK.

His spouse is an Albanian, she requires a TRV to enter Canada.

She can apply for a visitor visa and when she get to canada you can apply her for an open work permit if you have a work permit.
