Brisging Open Work Permit!!!

Hey Guys!!!
Can i apply for an Open work permit even i recently got mine last Jan. 5 2013. I've got my AINP nomination and got my AOR from CIO Last Jan.31 2013. Medical Examination was done FEB. 15, 2013. Can i still able to apply for Open Work Permit??? Please help me based on your experiences.

i am assuming you want to apply for open work permit because you recently got closed one....The anser to your question is no because one of the requirement of BOWP is you current permit should be expiring in 4 months or less......

Is there anyone out there? Who has some experience that they got an open work permit. Even tho is not expiring within 4 months.

based on the guidelines you can only apply for the open work permit 4months prior to the expiry of your current work permit, it means if your existing work permit is recently issued chances are they may not approved your application for open work permit
