Hi,

I am thinking of applying for a working holiday visa in Canada. However, I take prescription medication (etanercept) for rheumatoid arthritis. Is there a possibility I can take more than 3 months supply into Canada? I could not buy this medication in Canada as it is too expensive. However, I can supply my own medication from Australia.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Lauren :)

Unfortunately the rules are clear 90 days only supply, If you chose to bring more then at your own risk should you be pulled for a secondary customs inspection. https://travel.gc.ca/travelling/health-safety/medication There are rules as well about personal imports via mail of prescription drugs as well.

Hi Lauren
I am in a similar situation like you. I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition which requires me to take immunosupressants. Can I contact you further regarding this issue. Any help will be appreciated
