bringing my wife from india

hi guys,

i have post graduation work permit till august 2015, Now i am working as a physiotherapy assistant job it NOC B list job, i already applied for my wife work visa but it got rejeacted this week, the reason visa officer gave was just tik mark on others, and say not satisfied and eligible for C41 visa, can any body help me next what i can do now.
