Hello everyone. I'm a 20 year old Iranian who lives in Ukraine. Around 3-4 years ago my mother applied for residency for Canada as a skilled worker, at the time I was still in Iran. Me, my sister and my father are accompanying dependent while she is the principal applicant. I moved out of Iran at the age of 17, first to Emirates and then to Ukraine, and in Ukraine I met a girl whome I love and has been living with since then, for almost 3 years now.
Now after 4 years the answer from Canada finally came , we did our medical tests, I did them in Ukraine ofcourse and now my mother wants all of us to move to Canada, problem is I cant leave my girlfriend because of this, I wont be able to live with myself afterwards, thinking I changed my girlfriend with a residency paper.
Even though she understands my situation and says that she will do her best for her to also come with us, as a student or in any other possible way and that she is ready to finance her if need be,
1.I want to know what are the possible ways for her to come?
2.How much is the possibility of it (I hate to depend on chance or just sit and pray so that something will get fixed)?
3.what are the risks?
4.is there any assured way?
Here is some information I will share which will help you advice me :
She has great school marks in her diploma, she is 20 years old, 2 years she studied political science in a university, changed subject to IT later on and now she again changed university ( if she can get student visa, she wants to study fresh from the beginning of bachelor, im hoping her school diploma marks will get considered for that, yet im worried that these university changings might make her case hard, will they ?)
We have been living together yet it is really hard to find any document showing that we are common law partners, unfortunately we didnt think about that, the only possible document is our house rent agreement in which both of our names are stated.
I would marry her if that is what is needed to bring her to Canada but due to certain issues and problems that have absolutely no relation to Canada immigration and are related to document works in Ukraine, I cant marry her here, however I CAN marry her if I do go to Canada if there is such a thing possible, like being in Canada and marrying someone who is not there, and is Ukrainian by origin.
She has a house which is in her name, if that helps to show ties and she has an elderly mother.
Her English is fluent and she is going to do an academical IELTS this months, and im sure she will get more than 6.
Whatever I can and have to do, I have to do it now, I have 5 months remaining of staying in Ukraine with her, if something is necessary to do before going, tell me what it is because once I go, due to certain issues which some are related to my family there is a small chance of me being able to come back to Ukraine.
If there are any ways other than study visa possible for her to come considering this information, please tell me. ( Note : finance and money if needed wont be a problem.)
Please help me in this case, Im having a hard time sleeping at night and generally am really stressed,so is her, can hardly even eat, thinking about what might happen.
My many thanks,
Haartemis
