Bringing gold jewellery back to Canada while settling

Hi

Me and my wife did our soft landing 1.5 years back , at that time we missed out on declaring our gold jewellery in the goods to follow form because we were in a hurry to complete the landing formalities and return back due to some personal commitments

But now we have got a job and planning to move there permanently . In this case how can we carry our gold jewellery back to Canada ?. The jewellery worth is around 15K CAD and it's our family jewellery and for personal use only .
