1. Sort of pointless as the medical exam results are sent to the Immigration Regional Medical Centre, not the consulate. There they are reviewed by Immigration Physicians and results are then posted electronically for the Officer to retrieve. The VO is not a physician and so would not review the medical results, all s/he cares about are the results from IRMC.
